MatchPace Sustainable Effectiveness Program - 1 Year Program for Organizations/Teams

Our standardized offering, the MatchPace Sustainable Effectiveness Program is a 1-year program for organizations and teams that offers a holistic approach to working better.

It begins with our signature Pace Check™ assessment, measuring employee feedback against leadership perceptions to identify areas of improvement within the Five Hallmarks of Organizational Effectiveness: vision and strategy, defined accountability, honesty and trust, healthy work experience, structure for sustained growth.

The results of your Pace Check™ provide the foundation for which of our solutions we’ll employ over the course of the year to help you work better. We will implement three solutions (one at a time, on a quarterly basis) targeted specifically at the needs of your organization, increasing effectiveness, lowering rates of burnout, creating more satisfied team members, leading to higher retention.


Customized Consulting - for Organizations and Teams

Are you facing complex workplace challenges that might require more sustained or personalized attention than our Sustainable Effectiveness Program, such as an acquisition, leadership transition, or another major challenge? When your organization faces unique and complex challenges, we offer our proprietary PaceCheck™ assessment and develop a program designed especially for transformation at your organization. To address more complex challenges, we will often recommend a one-to-three-year program of support tailored to your individual needs.


Individual Coaching - Effectiveness Coaching and Diversity Coaching

Elements of coaching are included in our Sustainable Effectiveness Program and Customized Consulting. And yet sometimes, a leader or team member needs personalized attention to increase their individual effectiveness, combat burnout, and find more joy in their work and life. For that, we offer coaching for leaders or team members.

Our individual coaching programs help you find your optimal working pace and support you as you set and achieve your goals.

We specialize in coaching women leaders, including CEOs, COOs, HR Leaders, and Directors, who want to attain their definition of professional success while also preserving time and energy for their other commitments and priorities. If that’s you, let’s talk!

In addition to Effectiveness Coaching, we also offer Professional Diversity Coaching. While MatchPace is not a DEI training consultancy, Elizabeth is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through CoachDiversity Institute and she can support you as you seek to encounter and understand your experiences with diversity and drive towards a more equitable future for us all.
